A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of photographing one of my good friends. Shannon Mulligan-Mayernik from Shannon Mulligan Photography needed some head shots for her new website and I was more than happy to oblige! We had our session in Ringwood at Ringwood State Park. It was a beautiful (but cold!) day. It was fun catching up while we took the photos - I think she looks absolutely beautiful and right in her element. 

What a way to kick off 2013! My website is officially live and with it, so is my blog! I am so very grateful to Hudson Horizons for designing and creating this fabulous site. These are two of my favorite people ever. Dee has been one of my closest friends since I was a kid and Tony, her husband, I’ve known for 10 years and he is just as wonderful as she is.  I photographed them at their new home, their very first home as a married couple. It was so special to be able to photograph them there, only two days after their closing. There is nothing in the house yet but so much excitement and anticipation of making their new house a home, and building so many memories there. I think each photo displays their love and affection for each other. Love these two!

You would never know that it was a cold December day by these photos!  It was so much fun photographing Brooks & John, who are expecting their first baby at the end of January. She’s 33 weeks and all belly – and was game for everything!  Such a lovely couple and such an exciting time in their lives…

I had so much fun photographing my newest baby nephew, Dylan, for his 3 month birthday. Don't let his expressions fool you - he is so sweet, lovable, and easy going so the session was a breeze! And any time I get to photograph someone I love is extra special.  Happy 3 months, Dylan!
